Dungeons have rooms. Some of these rooms are important, some are dangerous and some are useful. Not every room falls neatly into such categories, though, and a dungeon map may have plenty of rooms, caves and chambers that are, technically, empty. There's nothing of true importance or value in these rooms.
This supplement has 100 rooms that are empty of anything of true importance, but contain more than just random dungeon junk. Each room has a noticeable feature, whether that be a single item or a cluster of related items, that can make an empty room that much more interesting. They can be used by a GameMaster to flesh out the empty spaces on a map but some could also prove to be a source of hooks for further investigation.
