From publisher blurb:
Mountains can be dangerous places in and of themselves, being home to such as mud- and rockslides, avalanches, high winds, freezing conditions and potential falls. This supplement has 100 different encounters that can be used to add extra detail to a mountain journey or as a source of adventure hooks. Some are potentially useful, some are potentially hazardous and some are simply odd.

Here are some sample results:
At the very edge of a cliff is a large tree. Parts of its root system are now over the edge, where the cliff has crumbled. It doesn't look as if the tree will remain standing for much longer.
At the very top of the mountain is a small, circular cairn of stones. The stones have been carefully fitted together but, if they are removed, there is no body under them. The cairn appears to be just a marker.
A waterfall plunges down the mountain, sending spray in all directions and covering the surrounding rocks in a dangerously slippery coating of moisture (make an Athletics roll to avoid losing footing). There is a small hollow in the cliff behind the waterfall, just about big enough for a single Size 0 creature to fit in.
Boulders crash into the surface of the cliff near the characters. They did not fall from above, but appear (make a Notice roll) to have been thrown, with poor aim, horizontally.
Carved into the rock of the mountain are several ancient and weathered runes of unknown meaning.
