Description

Runners may come across bits of information when asking around, or overhear rumours in bars and other places. This supplement has 100 such pieces of information and rumours to hear in or about the Seattle metroplex. Whether or not any particular rumour is true or not is up to the GameMaster; they can be used as misinformation, background colour or potential adventure hooks.

Here are some sample results:

MCT has been transforming Bainbridge into their own turf and have plans for building their own arcology. Not everyone is happy about this, of course, and it's rumoured that there are quite a few contracts available for runners who are willing to sabotage any and all parts of the company's operations in Bainbridge, from the towers they are building to the subsidiaries they are planting.
Members of the Metroplex Guard have been annoying both the regular members of the SMAF and law enforcement such as Lone Star, and there are rumours that this has come to a head a couple of times. Or, at least, that some members of the Guard have disappeared and the Star has been claiming a lack of leads to help the investigations progress.
Metroplex Naval Station Everett is perhaps the main area of interest in Everett, and there are rumours that not everyone in the district is happy about it, even if the naval station is of great importance to the Metroplex as a whole. It's rumoured that some would like to see it moved to another location, possibly so that the land it is on becomes available to develop.
Much of Fort Lewis is wilderness, and one reason for this is to give soldiers an actual meatworld location for wilderness training. It's rumoured that occasionally SMAF soldiers who go on training missions into the natural areas of the district don't return, leading to barracks rumours about predatory spirits waiting for the unsuspecting. Most assume that the missing simply fell afoul of the natural world's many dangers, and a few bodies like that have been recovered.
Outremer has seen a large growth in population over the past few years due to various reasons. It's rumoured that, though the origin of most of the population growth is known, that some of it cannot be pinned down and that in some cases people of differing types seem to have literally popped up out of nowhere.

One page is the front cover, one the front matter and one is ads.
