Any street that characters are on will most likely have other people on it to encounter. Here are 100 different people who could be encountered on a Victorian street, especially in London, whether this be in a historical setting, steampunk or horror.
Each individual has their period-appropriate name, sex (there are 50 men and 50 women), age and occupation given, with period appropriate name and a description of the last, with some having other details such as appearance, activity or behaviour.
The majority of the individuals are from the lower or working classes, with a few from the lower echelons of the middle class. Nobility, upper class, the wealthy and professionals are not listed; these are the ordinary people who would be encountered.
