Serving Suggestions:
Total Impression - players are NPCs in town their PCs only just entered last session. Players give each other symptoms. Players then describe their own illness. Rep-digit sum? Guess sum or die. Move on to your regularly scheduled session.
Birth - players are NPCs in abandoned ruins their PCs only just entered last session. All the players help a mother carry child to birth through labor. Whatever the mother's fate, when the womb is empty move on to your regular session.
Thrice-Lost - players are gods in an elder's creation myth their PCs only just started hearing last session. All the players help the world begin by describing actions. Whatever the myth's state, when 1 or more players are a Relic move on to your regular session.
Your Pyroclastic Fish - tell someone they're a fisherman, that they just got a bite, and have them pick one of the four corners of your cootie catcher: YOUR, PYRO, CLASTIC or FISH. Watch as they instinctively and involuntarily pick a flap. Amazing. Have them describe actions reponding to the text taped onto their flap; nod like you believe them. When a thing they describe needs revealing, flap your cootie catcher until they look at it, then have them pick a flap. The message underneath describes the thing needing revealing. After their responce move on to the next part of your day.
