Description
Each card contains two wheels and a target number. Player must pick the wheel that can make the target number. You can add and subtract only. Use all the numbers on each wheel, but use each number only once. Only one wheel works on each card. Each card is worth 1 to 3 points depending on difficulty. The first player to make the target number wins the card. Player with the most cards wins.
