A sourcebook describing the 30th Century DC Universe, this edition presents the 'post five year gap' version of the Legion of Super-Heroes and their setting.

The books contain an extensive history, character biographies for heroes, villains and supporting cast, equipment, and an overview of the galaxy and its major players.

The authors of this sourcebook are also the same writers of the comic book series at the time that this supplement was published. Much of the background information in the source book is presented for the first time, having appeared no where else previously, not even in the comic book series.
