Nihon Create had developed three games for the 3×3 Eyes and ported to several consoles. The first video game developed by Nihon Create titled, 3×3 Eyes Sanjiyan Henjyo (3×3 EYES 三只眼變成) was released on PC-9801, FM Towns, PC-Engine, Windows 3.1, and Windows 95.

Based on the anime series 3x3 Eyes, where Pai, a Chinese originated three-eyed demon from the immortal tribe of Sanzhiyan accidentically turns Yakumo Fujii, a young Japanese teenager, into an immortal servant called a wu and how they try to regain their lost humanity.
In the game you play as a high schooler called Kenichi who comes in contact with the demon world and in order to be freed he will need to help of Pai and Yakumo.
This game is considered a side-story to the original series of 3x3 Eyes games.
The Japanese releases included a promotional VHS-video.
