5Goddesses is a strategic trading card game that brings together divine forces in a battle for supremacy. Players take on the role of one of 5 powerful factions, each representing a unique aspect of existence, from life and death to the forces of nature. The game’s rich lore is woven into every card, where each goddess possesses distinct abilities, powers, and followers that players can use to outwit their opponents. With its artwork and immersive world-building, 5Goddesses transports players into a mythical realm where strategy, resource management, and tactical skill are paramount.
At its core, 5Goddesses combines elements of deck-building and combat mechanics, offering a new take on the TCG genre. Players must assemble their decks of divine cards, carefully balancing offense, defense, and support to gain the upper hand. Not all cards are shuffeled together in one deck, instead you set up each card type deck separately, reducing the luck of the draw. Also you attack in lanes, opening up tactical play.
The game also features a resource system that requires careful management, as players must collect and allocate divine energy to cast their powerful abilities and summon legendary creatures to fight for them.
Also each faction pack contains all available cards of that faction, thus no need to open boosters and hunt for certain cards. The TCG element comes through special versions (special art, foil, full art, etc.) of the cards, but those are not necessary to play.
