Description

Free print and play wargame in Strategos #3. It can be downloaded from the Riachuelo website. This small game a battle between Brazilian imperial troops against Argentinian/Orientales (former Uruguay's inhabitants), in Rio Grande do Sul (state of south of the Brazil).

Features a 8.5" x 11" map of mainly very uneven terrain, 50 counters, and concise rules, terrain and combat tables in Portuguese.

Victory Conditions are determined by accumulation of Victory Points for eliminating cavalry, leaders, and artillery scored at the end of 7 turns.
A player is awarded a Tactical Victory if by the last turn, he has scored 7 more VPs than his opponent. He wins a Decisive Victory if by the last turn, he has scored 15 more VPs than his opponent.
Any other result is a tie.
