From the introduction:
The early morning drizzle tapers off as you enter the heart of the temple district. Before you stands the humble temple of Ilmater, its unadorned facade promising shelter and warmth. Just before dawn you received a letter from Father Andras, Painbearer of Ilmater, imploring you to meet with him shortly after the morning bell. So, here you are.
An elderly cleric in gray robes leads you to a poorly illuminated waiting room, where you find other adventurers, patiently sitting upon the wooden benches provided for your comfort.
