The Induchine has a persistent problem in Dullstrand, as the Clan cannot defend, nor control the waters off Hard Beach. The Dullstrand ships are too sleek and fast for him to catch, while the LOTI ships are too big to assault. What he needs is a BIG ship that can attach lots of smaller ships so that they can extend their reach into the Ocean effectively. The thing is... many would not like this to happen and that is where you; the PC's come into it.
