The traveler(s) have a terrible headache. The last thing that they remember is pirates boarding the Pelican after a brief firefight. The free trader stood little chance against the invaders but put up a gallant fight nevertheless. Captain Hawkins was a brave man before the pirates threw him out of the airlock into space. Then suddenly the lights went out. And the traveler(s) woke up here.
