Afraid of the Dark

Afraid of the Dark​ is a roleplaying game in the traditional mode, for a gamemaster and one or more players. Players take the role of small children, aged 5 to 10, send to bed by parents who refused to believe the children about the demons living in the shadows of the closet and under the bed. Survival is not guaranteed.

Using a deck of cards and a simple system the game can be run easily by new players. Suspense builds as players gain marks of shadow which can turn them into allies of the darkness - and of the gamemaster. A horror experience like no other, this game came about from the Threeforged RPG competition, then was developed further.
