The version 2006.1 Age of Valor rulebook is an electronic replacement of the 1999 self-published Age of Valor Rulebook and Player's Guide. This rule set greatly expands upon character creation, clarifies prior rules, and adds new player abilities.

Unlike the preceding printed book, this version only contains rules. It lacks the prior version's art, game world information, weapon construction guide, and accompanying advertising. The other sections have migrated to the Age of Valor website at http://ageofvalor.com.
