To better combat the rising tide of terrorism and threats around the globe, a new commission has formed. Comprised of elite teams from several intelligence agencies of the United States, SECTOR is mandated with the front-line defense of freedom and liberty.
But someone has to lead this organization, and you plan on being the one chosen as Administrator. So be prepared to defend against espionage and sabotage… and to commit acts of both to come out on top!
Over 12 rounds (weeks), each player will choose to place their three agents to perform one of the following options:
Perform an Action
Work a Mission
Get Help from The Agency
Play a Resource
Appropriate Resources
Managing resources wisely and completing missions will gain you Merit Points. Direct, make shady deals and even sabotage other agencies to become the best! The best managed agency at the end of the 12th week/round is the person who has earned the most merit points.
