Description

This is an election game in two stages, with each player representing one party.

First, you have the election, in which you allocate points to a number of issues; seats are then allocated based on the "importance" of the issues you allocated points to. Each seat is tied to an issue.

Once the election is over, parliament sits; here a number of bills are proposed, and players bid on each issue. There are several conflicting needs here. The reigning party (most seats?) earns points if they cast their votes on the winning side of a vote. Other parties earn points for successfully opposing the government. There are two catches; firstly, voting against the interest of your supporters will cause you to lose seats, and secondly, you have a limited number of vote cards (yes/no/abstain), so you may be forced to vote contrary to your interests!
