Welcome to the Fifth Edition of the Alfeimur Campaign Setting
Alfeimur Fifth Edition is a low magic setting that combines dark fantasy and sword and sorcery, compatible with SRD5 - the fifth edition of the most famous role-playing game in the world.
This manual, originally released in 2016, is now released in an expanded and revised edition, with 192 pages of content, and leads players and Masters to discover a dark, detailed and complex world.
Alfeimur Fifth Edition includes:
- adjustments to the base classes (and the Singer, a new archetype for the Thief);
- a rewrite of the spellcasting classes (Arcanist, Cleric, Paladin, Sorcerer, Warlock);
- two new backgrounds, the Karil and the Scambiato;
- three new original classes (Apostate with three archetypes - Adept, Evangelist and Shaman -, Aristocrat with three archetypes - Called to Rule, Knight and Prelate -, and Explorer* with four archetypes - Royal Cartographer, Ruin Raider, Arcane Researcher and Wanderer Mysterious);
- rules for the creation of deities and a list of the most widespread deities in the Region;
- a detailed chronology of the events of the last seven thousand years;
- new rules for managing unstable and dangerous magic, which produces Magic Storms and Arcane Eruptions;
