Description

From publisher blurb:

Death Comes To Crestview Hills

People often forget what Halloween is really all about (at least by Christian reckoning), and it can aid the Kids greatly! The real “reason for the season” — All Saint’s Day (Nov 1st) and All Souls Day (Nov 2nd) — together with “All Hallow’s Eve” (i.e. Hallowween) form the holy triduum of days known as Allhallowtide. A similar holy “season” like Christmastide or Eastertide, Allhallowtide is meant to honor and remember the dead, especially martyrs, saints, and faithful departed, as well as those trapped in Purgatory.

This bonus Double-Page Adventure at the end is just to remind you to not overlook these days in addition to Halloween proper, especially in a longer running game. All Saint’s Day and/or All Souls Day can be a welcome respite and a moment for the Kids to catch their breath. Especially if they just pissed off all the monsters in town at The Monster Mash or thwarted a cult of a now risen godling and need a plan — maybe they’re safe for the whole of these two or three days' time due to the continued geas (Magical Law).
