These are the men that the Empire forgot, reviled or abandoned. The strength of the Halr is derived from their augments, implanted by technicians in the sewers of Midgard. Shrouded by the maintenance pipes running overhead, their computer banks and medical stations are hidden behind multiple security doors and winding tunnels. In these medical bays, doctors implant a neural port at the base of each Halr’s skull, used to update software and install new cybernetic packages. This hardware can be moved but most surround it with intricate wyrd tattoos depicting their histories, futures and loved ones. Combined with training that has been passed through generations of soldiers, the Halr have finely honed their skills.
