Alone Amongst the Ruins is a hack of Takuma Okada's Alone Among the Stars. In it, you wake up to find an empty and deserted world. You set out to explore the ruins of civilisation, trying to piece together what happened from what you can find.
A standard deck of 52 cards and a six-sided die are used for your explorations. You can make a journal of what you find along the way. If you want, you can keep the journal. If it makes you feel melancholy, you can destroy it.
