Everything in ALTAR is statted for Outcast Silver Raiders but much of it would be easily converted to any OSR game with a small amount of elbow grease. There are some direct references to the Mythic North, Outcast's official setting, but with creativity you can just draw inspiration from the names (e.g., "Debrooken Abbey" --> "Your setting's local creepy church"). Mechanical conversions are even easier if you have some experiences as a Referee of old school games (there are Hit Dice, saving throws, the ability scores are the ones you're expecting...).
