193Q is an alternate universe where steampunk tech has been upgraded to diesel and the world races to possess Star Stones -- glowing rocks with the ability to grant wishes. Complicating the situation is an alien fleet in orbit and the sudden rise of Atlantis from the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea.
193Q uses the Amazing Roleplaying Game System, a rules-light universal RPG system.
