"Amerika - In Städten und Wäldern" ("America - In cities and forests") is a german source book for the Cthulhu RPG published by Pegasus Spiele.
It contains accurate researched historical background information on Amerika in the 1920s. The reader learns about every day's life in the US in cities and on the country side, the Great Depression, Prohibition, police work get's to know new professions and much more.
Later Pegasus published a box set containing this source book and the scenario book "In Labyrinthen". Content of the books didn't change.
In 2009 a completely new North America-themed source book was published, named "USA - Weltmacht unter dem Sternenbanner". It contains mostly new content and is not a re-issue of this book.
