What if the bootstrap Libertarians, suburbo-fascist Californians and radical leftists in the Pacific Northwest, angered by a political action so abhorrent that they shattered America forever?" And so Amerikkka was born.
Amerikkka is a tabletop RPG that pokes fun at a rather unlikely political apocalypse. The nation is split up among extremist party lines. The Libertarians have overrun Vermont and most of New England. The Catholics, led by Pope Ted Kennedy, control much of the eastern seaboard. Ted Turner patrols urban Atlanta astride a giant cybernetic buffalo named Jane Fonda, and to the west, the Burning Man Commune threatens the free city of Las Vegas. In the middle of all this (and much, much more) lies the Republic of Cleveland, the city too bland to stand for anything, and therefore represents what's left of the American dream.
