Description

Amoriax is a classic Roman type board game where the goal is to take control of the crown in the middle of the board through tactical maneuvers. The playing stones only move around the board, that is - they do not jump or get knocked out.

The game has 4 rules:

1. The playing stone can only be moved to the last possible square in the chosen direction.
2. Outside the marked central area, the stone can be moved in an L-shape (like a knight in chess).
3. The playing stone may be dragged from the full corner to the opposite corner diagonally if there is an empty square.
4. The red stone is shared by both players and can be dragged by anyone.

The object of the game is to control the centre of the board. Therefore, the first player to control the center square with the crown wins.

The number of combinations in the game is 3.55361255095E+28.
