This floorplan is a classic small service station with a couple of service bays, four gas pumps, bathrooms and a small sales area. This will fit into any small town throughout the United States from the late 70's/ early 80's to today.
This floorplan is presented in both an 8 1/2"x11" format for folks who want an overview and also in 24"x 18" where one inch=5 feet. Layers are also included that allow you to turn on and off hexes, squares, labels, furniture and even walls.
