An Outcast's Notes on the Plane of Pensos

Pensos is a compact adventure setting. Its lore and construction allows it to incorporate content from other settings while still giving the DM power to be picky. It’s also a great option for experimenting with other homebrew content or capping off a plane-chasing campaign. Content difficulty ranges from low to high level play and can be adjusted as needed.

In play, Pensos is a compact lesser plane that is built on the forgotten parts of other planes. Originally created as a prison plane, it has become a mysterious derelict that can only be reached by becoming truly and hopelessly lost. The real challenge of Pensos, is leaving, as it is much easier said than done.
