Description

A whole planet to explore in Realmspace!

Anadia was first detailed in the 1991 Spelljammer product known as Realmspace. It gave a few page description on every planet within the Forgotten Realms “crystal sphere.”
While the crystal spheres are no longer in 5e, the planets remain. Their histories, like the Forgotten Realms world of Toril, have advanced well over a century since the first iteration of the setting.

Anadia is the first planet from the sun. A small Mars-like world of blasted deserts and badlands capped at the poles with mountainous, lake filled regions occupied by the unique Anadian halflings. In the desert, emancipated umber hulk packs roam the deserts and combat the savage predators known as anadjiin. The Northern and Southern Polar halflings do what they can to avoid the terrors of this equatorial region.
In this book you will find the following (and more):
A detailed history of Anadia bringing it up to date with the modern 5e campaign. The history speaks both of legends and a timeline which is easily synced with the Torillian Dalereckoning.

Unique locations in both the desert and the poles where adventures might be inclined to explore.
New mundane and magic items as well as a collection of new spells, many of which are updated from the desert themed 3e product Sandstorm.

New character options including three new races and two new subclasses. You can play the anadjiin of the desert, the perfectly adapted Anadian halfling or the phoenixborn beings known as phoelarchs (also updated from 3e). You might also want to try your hand at enchantment with the Politicker bard subclass or learn the secrets of the hidden ways with the Anadian lorekeeper.

Plenty of new (and old but never before updated) monsters like the algoid, crimson claw, plainsjan and terrorfish.

Anadia is a campaign guide for an entire world and dozens of adventures can be had here. It is a unique environment with strange creatures and strange ways.
