The Antiquarian (PL 10), as they have come to be known, is pathologically obsessed with collecting rarities and curiosities, including sentient life (especially super-powered ones). They have no ethical or moral objections to kidnapping children or innocent sentient beings, should they prove to be unique.
Super Powered Legends. Because sometimes you a need a character everyone recognizes, even when meeting them for the first time.
