Apartment Architects is a strategy board game that combines polyomino tile placement and set collection mechanics. Players take on the role of architects designing apartment complexes by arranging Apartment and Amenity tiles on their player mats. Victory Points are earned through multiple methods: fulfilling Renter preferences by matching desired scenic views (Happy Family bonuses), forming sets of identical Apartment or Amenity types to gain Reputation, and completing specific objectives to secure Awards. The game includes 114 development tiles (featuring Apartment types like Studio, Condo, Loft, and Penthouse, and Amenities such as Gardens, Playgrounds, and Pools), along with Renter cards, meeples, Reputation tokens, and player mats. Designed for 2-5 players, the game focuses on spatial planning, resource optimization, and set collection to achieve the highest score.
