APOC-X is a top down dual stick tactical and action shooter with 3 game modes:
ARCADE: Non-linear sandbox like levels where you have to find your way out, action, adventure, exploration, secret areas and puzzles also included in the level design. This game mode was inspired by classic games like the Gauntlet or Alien Breed.
TACTICAL: If one marine is not enough take control of an entire squad. Slow paced tactical mode, where the player controls one marine at a time while the rest of the team is in overwatch mode. Take part in the action and plan the tactical movement of your team. This game mode vas inspired by Space Crusade (Space Quest) and Space Hulk - it is just real time, with more action.
ARENA: Arena mode for those who love it!
