Populated Hexes Monthly Issue 32 takes a brief look at the southern Zelaian Steppes, examining commonly encountered monsters, before delving into the main topic: artifacts. This issue begins a look at those most potent magical items, crafted by Men of long-ago ages, when magic was more potent, or by the gods themselves. It provides a number of random tables that can be used to generate artifacts, normal magical items, or even random treasure and gear. This will be a two-part issue, continued in Issue 33.
