The referee may use this book in several ways:
Add detail to a TL 2 or 3 planet.
Assist in creating a ‘Flintlock Fantasy’ setting.
Assist in creating an historical RPG setting for Cepheus Engine, set somewhere between 1500 and 1860 AD.
