You are now in charge of a new challenge: to arrange the towers of downtown Small City so that your dear citizens are as happy as possible and get their dose of happiness too!
Succeed, in the same tower, in coexisting apartments, Commerces, and offices on several floors. Develop green spaces, relaxation and Recreation areas for the sake of harmony!
