Ardennes Plus is a grand strategic level simulation of 20th century conflicts in the densely forested and rough terrain of the Ardennes region of France, Luxembourg and Belgium. This game features scenarios for Hitler’s Invasion of France, May 1940. This is Vol 2 of Ardennes Plus+ with the series also including Vol 1 WWII 1944, and Vol 3 WWI 1914. The game uses Army level command structures to simulate supply and command in divisional and corps level units. The game optionally represents the fog of war that was very common in the rough country of the Ardennes, by offering 2 hidden movement systems.
The low counter density, and high map scale is used to create conditions for fast play and resolution is possible in less than 2 hours.
