Arena of Rot

Publisher's blurb:

Green bile pools between mounds of bones from fallen gladiators. Islands of stone and fleshy growths rise above them, decorated with pillars of sharpened stakes and skulls. Far above this arena of rot sits a skeleton throne, overlooking the decomposing flesh within it.
Steel spikes and sharpened stakes line the walls, preventing gladiators from climbing to escape. Two stairwells lead down to the arena, splashed with blood and sealed with barred gates.
Stone pews overlook the arena for a bloodthirsty audience, alongside skulls with flaming sockets. Fleshy growths sprawl beneath the seats, while in the arena itself they form unsteady bridges between the stone islands.
