Arena of Slaughter

Blood puddles between mounds of bones from fallen gladiators. Islands of stone and rubble rise above them, decorated with pillars of sharpened stakes and flaming skulls. Far above this arena of slaughter sits a skeleton throne, overlooking the growing carnage within it.
Steel spikes and sharpened stakes line the walls, preventing gladiators from climbing to escape. Two stairwells lead down to the arena, splashed with blood and sealed with barred gates.
Stone pews overlook the arena for a bloodthirsty audience, alongside skulls with flaming sockets. Within the arena itself are giant blades forming bridges between the isles. Like so much else, they, too, are stained with blood.
