De l'Orient à l'occident (page 39 to 71)At first, this part of the book follows the Orient Express, starting with a description of the city of Istanbul.
Following up is an in depth view of the third Reich.
The train reaches its final destination: Paris.
The travel goes a bit more to the west until it reaches the city of New York where a new archetype is met: the Butler.
