Description

Armageddon is a simple multi-player wargame played on a map of the world. Each player has an identical force of land, sea, and air War Machines with which he or she tries to destroy the opposing forces. There are decks of Satellite and Anti-Satellite cards which may provide the appropriate orbital War Machines: satellites can destroy units in 4x4 sections of the board and anti-satellites can destroy satellites.

From the box cover: "... in the future, non-violent electronic wars will be fought on land, at sea, in the air and outer space on simulated battlefields by unmanned war machines ..." "... there will be six superpowers involved in a total struggle for non-violent economic dominance of the planet earth: strategic skills bring victory, not death ..."
