This special issue of the fanzine "Artefakt" contains a Call of Cthulhu campaign set in the late 1960s.
The characters start their investigation in Wales and later pass into a parallel world called "Psychedelic Interzone" which seems like a twisted dream of a drug poisoned mind.
The campaign had been published on DVD (PDF) and came with a collection with all out-of-print issues of the fanzine (#8 - #15).
It also came with it's own character sheet.
