Ashes of Athas is a single Dark Sun tale told in a series of chapters premiering at the gaming conventions Winter Fantasy, Gen Con, and Origins. At each convention, you can take your character through Ashes of Athas adventures that continue the story. The Premiere Campaign Venues table shows which chapters are available for play at each site. Each chapter is a series of three adventures that continue the same storyline.
