The first floor of this asylum hospital may seem normal at a first glance (besides being empty and abandoned) but a closer look will reveal that this floor is more than just lobbies, waiting rooms, and administrative offices. It holds a bizarre and strange lab somewhere . . . a lab with an attached operating theater where horrible experiments and procedures were done on innocent victims (who already happened to stumble into this portion of the Black Ink Darkness). Worse yet, you swear you can hear some sort of strange scurrying in the blackness beyond. What could be alive in here?
