Game for children aged 3-8 years, learning foreign language (English, German or Spanish).
The educational aim of the game is to develop the sense of hearing (less used at school than the sense of sight) and to memorise the correct pronunciation of the foreign vocabulary.
Square cards have got pictures on one side and QR codes at the back. You set up them like in classic memory, hiding pictures. Using a special application for mobile devices (Android or iOS), produced by publisher, you scan QR codes of two cards of your choice. You will hear two recordings. If they are the same, you’ve just found the pair. Take these cards and look at the pictures to check if you understand the meaning of the foreign words. If recordings are different, it’s not a pair so it’s a next player turn.
The game is now available only in the print-and-play version (in the teacher’s pack "Memo The Dragon", www.memothedragon.pl). Mobile apps are available for free.
