Called, by some, as [dwarf fortress] in space, Aurora 4x is a highly detailed Science Fiction Strategy game. Start off on Earth after the catastrophe has occurred, Discover the Trans-Newtonian elements and help man to expand into the Solar System and beyond. Is there anybody out there?
Research, design and build many of the different systems that go into ships, space stations, ground troops and more. Explore The Solar System (With procedurally placed resources) and our Galaxy (With procedurally generated systems). Mix-and-Match ground units to create formations you want with the equipment you want. Not only do you decide where your Leaders work, You also decide how much time passes between turns (from 5 seconds to 30 days).
