The characters spend time in the village and look around; there is an attack by a trio of black wolves that seem unnaturally strong. The creatures look like wolves but upon closer inspection it is noticed that they have six eyes and strange organs growing from their fur. When they are killed by the guards they immediately begin to rot and putrefy.
