From the introduction:

This book is meant as a companion to Ave'Molech Campaign Setting. While it provides new information and expands on some of the original ideas, it is written assuming the reader is familiar with the ongoings of this world. Some information, such as the Adaptation of clockwork, Medical procedures and the Equipment section may be useable by GM’s within other worlds. However, the majority of information within this book featuring map breakouts, class conversions and other items relate specifically to the world of Ave’Molech and may not provide much benefit to those who choose to adventure in other worlds.
