This is a companion to the Anniversary Edition and/or 1942 Second Editions. Each nation gets its own deck of Morale Bonus Cards, and each player earns cards by national objectives (Anniversary Edition) or controlling victory cities(1942). Each card provides a historically accurate bonus or ability when the card is played.
