This is a dice game, with a baseball theme, from the 1950s, which uses two special dice.

From the card that comes with the game:

The rules are stated in a few lines:
"Same as baseball.
Batters cast dice in turn until a play is made.
A pair (2 of a kind) is a play.
No pair is a strike.
Double play when 3 OUTS are shown."
