Babel, Inc.

From the introduction:

Babel, Inc. is a role-playing game for two players. One player, the Petitioner, plays a character climbing the Tower of Babel to meet the Divine (whatever the relevant form would be for them) to try to change their past and learn of the future. The other player, the Tower, plays the various trials of climbing the tower, both the different realms the petitioner must cross through and the reflections on the Petitioner’s past. The game can take on a range of tones, from comedic to dramatic or action-oriented to psychological, which the players may wish to discuss beforehand, but it will generally focus on the trials of a journey and contemplation of a character’s past and future.
